This is number 1!!! And something so many people don’t consider.
When I check food diaries, people are so low in protein.
This is a problem…
Not only does protein improve muscle recovery, it will make you feel more satiated 💪🏻
Guess what – this will change your body composition too 👙

EAT 80% WHOLE FOODS
Your diet should consist of mostly vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, whole grains.
Simple.
Eating 90% “junk” foods will lead you to feeling tired, lethargic & just low all the time.
80% whole foods will make you feel energised, your skin will be clear and you will feel 10x better – you are what you eat!
3️⃣
20% ‘SOUL FOODS’
For me personally I do have a sweet tooth 🍫 so by allowing myself to have some chocolate, this stops me from binging and overeating them because I’ve not cut them out! 80/20 balance
4️⃣
EATING SIMILAR MEALS
We are all busy, so having similar simple meals that you enjoy, that are quick to make & keep you full – have them on repeat – it makes life so much easier then you won’t be overwhelmed, overthinking and spending hours in the kitchen (my air fryer changed my life too)
I pick about 3 breakfasts & lunches that are high protein, healthy & I love to eat and switch them around
I vary my dinners more
