MEET THE TEAM

Physiotherapy with Sarah Fellows.

Sarah is a highly passionate and experienced Chartered Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor who has been working in rehab since 2008. She specialises in musculoskeletal injuries and pelvic health (helping women prehab or rehab through the peri-natal period and manage urinary incontinence).

Coaching her patients to access movement or function they didn’t believe they could be the sole reason she does her job. She has a wide toolbox of treatment techniques with the absolute top of the pops being progressive movement. Movement can only be restored by moving!

In her personal life, she’s a wife and mum of 2, is a recreational athlete and has not long completed her first ultra-marathon. She also loves endurance road biking.

If you’d like to book an appointment with Sarah , she runs her clinic Thursday 2-5pm.

Sports Massage Therapy with Jo Manning.

After her own experience of treatment following breaking her back three years ago, Jo trained as a Sports Massage Therapist. As a keen equestrian herself, it was with the mindset of being free from pain and that it wasn’t normal to live this way.

Fast forward through the pandemic, she has set up her business and strives for Freedom of Movement via mindful treatments and understanding of the body via various methods.

If you’d like to book an appointment with Jo, she is available throughout the week, evenings and some weekends.
