“I started training with Sally in a bid to reduce injuries and get more explosive for tennis. I achieved a lot more than this! I thought I knew the importance of stretching and flexibility but Sally completely changed my mindset and I’m now a lot stronger in certain muscles because of this. My injuries are significantly better and weak muscle groups are a lot stronger. Sally also taught me Olympic lifting which I’d never even seen before and this has helped my explosive movements a lot, she also wrote me a complete gym programme to coincide with tennis which I love and never get bored of as it’s very flexible.
