The group is free for anyone to join who wants to learn more about exercise, nutrition, strength training and all that relates to health and fitness.
You can participate and get involved as much as you like! The more the better, I love it when people ask questions and get chatting as I feel we can all learn so much from each other.

Why?

I created the group for a few reasons.  Firstly, I am passionate and committed about helping as many women as possible get into the best shape of their lives.  Creating a group is a great way for me to spread my message that it’s ok for ladies to strength train!

 

It’s a very common misconception that when women lift weights it will make us ‘big and bulky’. I’m here to set the record straight that this just simply isn’t the case.
Also, the fitness industry can be a confusing place with lots of conflicting information and fast changing research. It’s my mission to provide you with the best, up to date quality information. Benefit from my 15+ years of coaching in the industry!

Finally, I am a busy working Mum, so I completely understand the challenges we women face day to day! Lack of time, stress, juggling family life with work and trying to keep on top of life whilst trying to fit exercise in. Sound familiar? One of the most common things I hear is how to find the time to exercise or what is the best exercise to focus on. I talk about all these obstructions in the group.
