With the festive season in full swing, I’ve had a lot of requests to launch a New Year fat loss programme to help you get back on track!

With the festive office biscuits and mince pies firmly out of the way by January (hopefully!) there is no better time to have month of coaching with me!

This is the closest you can get to having coaching with me face to face, without having to leave your house.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE PROGRAMME: 

PROGRAMME DETAILS:

  • It’s a 31 day programme.
  • The start date is Wednesday 1st January 2020 (don’t worry there is no actual exercise on this day!).
  • The finish date is Friday 31st January 2020.
  • You don’t need to be on Facebook (or any other social media) to take part.
  • Receive my Fitness 101 guide – yours to keep forever. Written from me from my 15+ years coaching helping people lose weight! Learn everything you need to know to lead a healthy, happy life. No ‘fads’ or short term ‘fixes’. All bases covered to give you the best knowledge to burn some fat and gain some energy!
  • Every day throughout the challenge, you will get an email from me in the morning either with your video workout or what else you need to do that day. I’ll be with you every step of the way. My emails will be motivating and full of helpful content I use with my clients to help you reach your goals. I’ll be with you every step of the way.
  • You need to complete 3 x 20 minute video full body workouts minimum each week. If you are already a keen exerciser, you have an option to repeat any workouts in addition to this!
  • Each and every workout is recorded with me, so you’re not exercising alone. Also I give you detailed explanations of each exercise as we progress through the workout and you follow alongside me (not live, so you can complete when it suits you).
  • Apart from some cost effective mini loop bands you don’t need ANY equipment!! I’ll show you how you can use just your body weight and really get your heart rate up and burn some calories (work at your own fitness level).
  • You complete the workouts whenever it suits you during the day, as long as you get them done. Perfect for busy Mum’s / working professionals who travel and don’t have a lot of time!
  • You will need to complete a minimum of 3 workouts a week depending on your current ability – of course with the option to do more!
  • The workouts are yours to keep forever as well, so you could continue them after the 31 days are finished if you like!

Doors open for this Friday 27th December – Monday 30th December.
The actual cost of this programme is £55, BUT if you sign up before Monday 30th December you can have the whole month for just £35!
That is the equivalent to just over £1 a day! That isn’t even the cost of your daily takeout coffee!
