Welcome to the 4 week ‘Get ready for Summer’ Fitness challenge!

START DATE: Monday 22nd February 2021

END DATE: Sunday 21st March 2021.

The whole challenge is completely free!! But I do have some conditions, please read the following & check you’re ready:

You have no major injuries or health conditions

You can commit to 3 x 45 minute strength sessions a week

You can commit to some extra 30 minute cardio sessions (walking / jogging / cycling etc)

You have somewhere at your home you can safely exercise

You access to some dumbbells / hand weights

You are prepared to take progress photos at the start and end of the challenge

You are willing to make some positive changes with your nutrition.

You are ready to put some hard work in 😊
