Yes there is parking, if you are coming with friends it’s always good to lift share wherever possible!
No, all equipment, including barbells, resistance bands, dumbbells, and machines, will be provided. Just bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout attire.
No problem! The class will help you build strength gradually, and modifications will be provided to suit your current fitness level.
No, this is a low-impact class designed to be joint-friendly while still offering a challenging workout.
Please consult with me first so I can advise you (Email me) I need to know about any injuries or limitations, and I can provide modifications where possible.
Classes are capped at 10 participants to ensure a friendly, supportive atmosphere and personalised attention.
Some muscle soreness is normal, especially if you’re new to resistance training. It’s a sign your muscles are working and getting stronger! Please talk to me if you have any more concerns regarding this.
You can sign up or cancel through the booking link here Remember if you need to cancel , it needs to be at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged and to allow others to take your space if you are unable to attend.
Places are limited, so to ensure fairness and availability for all participants, a 24-hour cancellation policy is in place. If you need to cancel your spot in the class, please ensure you cancel your place online at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time will result in the full class fee being charged with no refund given.
