To make 1:1 Personal training effective you need at least 2 sessions a week, a Personal training session price is £42+ a session. Plus, I offer 3 different priced plans, so you can pick the amount of support you need and make it fit your budget.

Through the power of modern technology using facetime/zoom or skype, we can still do regular face to face catch ups. I feel this is so important and I do this with every client I work with online, it helps me take you to the next level!

You can train at a day which suits YOU, rather than trying to fit in with lots of my other client’s schedules.

Let me help you with answers to a few common questions

In many ways, online coaching is very similar to personal training. For starters, you’re working very closely with me.  I really care about everyone I work with and I want you to get the BEST results!  I will understand your needs and provide a personalised advice accordingly.

The most obvious difference is that online coaching helps you to stay accountable. You’ll be doing workouts independently; trust me this is a good thing! I want you to have workouts that you love and not rely on me to count your reps! I will change your workouts very regularly, so you never get bored!

You can ask me questions whenever you like throughout the week and get a fast, detailed response from me.  Through your personalised app, I am notified every time you do a workout and update your results (which means you are always accountable!).

If you’re concerned about your exercise technique, you can even get my analysis by uploading short videos of yourself exercising.

For me, the main benefit of online coaching is the amount of support I’m able to provide you on a daily basis.

Nutrition is a key part of our training! The way I coach nutrition is not over complicated, is easy to follow AND IT WORKS! Plus you won’t be walking around all day feeling hungry and deprived. Sound good?!

When you are working with me, it is so important to that you understand WHY you are doing what you are doing.

For example, did you know that weight loss is brought about by a calorie deficit and NOT by any specific foods?

Try multiplying your body weight in lbs by 14-15, this is a great way to see what the average calories your body maintains its weight at. From here you only need to drop calories slowly to see weight loss.

Weight loss and a calorie target is the first thing you should be aiming for, the second is a protein target. When I look through food diaries, the most common mistake that most are far too low in protein. I will teach you exactly how much protein you should be eating a day based on you as an individual and your specific goals.

Once calories and protein targets are understood the only training you need to concentrate on is resistance training. Fear not you can still work up a really good sweat from resistance training!

If you want to do cardio to burn more calories this is totally fine, but we are already in a calorie deficit so all we want to tell our body is to burn fat and not muscle. This is achieved perfectly by resistance training 3-4 x per week (depending on where you’re at).

Once I started using these simple, but massively overlooked methods with my clients, the results were staggering.

I started my Personal Training business 10+ years ago and have worked exclusively as a Personal Trainer. I completely understand that many people prefer the experience of training with a professional in person.

However, there are a quite a few limitations to Personal Training, which is why I created this Online Coaching service.

Because I write your training programmes specifically for you, I can tailor them for you being based in a gym or at home.

If you prefer to train at home, I can advise you on the best pieces of equipment to suit your personal needs.  If you are a gym member great!  You will have all the equipment available and I can show you how to use it.

This is a great question and is really important.  The intensity of your exercise sessions is crucial to getting you results and keeping you safe.  Your workouts will be designed specifically by me to deliver the correct intensity for you.  But how can we really monitor it?

We are lucky to have some amazing technology available to us to help specifically monitor your exercise sessions.

I LOVE the MyZone heart rate system. It uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor your physical activity. 

MyZone comprises of a belt that you wear on your chest every time you train and a user-friendly app to showcase the data. The system monitors your heart rate, calories and time exercising that convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. Myzone is the perfect fitness tracking software!

Some other benefits for you:

  • I can set you specific MyZone effort points or calories to hit throughout the month (this really helps to keep you motivated and on track!)
  • You can view your workouts LIVE to always see your intensity
  • Connect to other wearable devices
  • Make connections and find your friends through the app!

  • Trustworthy results – with a 99.4% EKG accuracy
  • Get instant feedback after every workout.  

I can talk to you more about this incredible system. Of course, you don’t have to use it! But it’s affordable, easy to use, gives me detailed information about each and every one of your workouts so it’s something for us to discuss for sure.

If you’re worried about faffing around and wasting time in the gym, then don’t! I’ll teach how to select the correct weight for each exercise and how to progress to heavier weights.

If you can commit to simply following the instructions provided (including rest periods!) you can be sure you’ll be training at the correct intensity without wasting any time.

Well let me ask you this, if not now, then when? Is there ever a good time to turn your health and fitness around? A huge benefit of this service is that it’s highly adaptable to your lifestyle, time constraints, health concerns, and energy levels. Whatever obstacles you have, I can help you to overcome them. Why not start as you mean to go on!? The whole point of coaching with me is to get you to your goals more quickly and easily than you could on your own.  The worst thing to do is to sit and do nothing. 

There is no minimum level of fitness required to start online coaching with me, you will always get value from the service regardless of your current capabilities.

If you have any major injuries or health conditions, then Online Coaching with me may not be for you.

If you stick to the advice provided (and you don’t have any underlying health issues), then there is absolutely NO REASON why you shouldn’t achieve the results you desire.

I am an experienced trainer. I have helped hundreds of people get results.  I know exactly what it takes for you to change your body shape, lose fat and feel amazing. I am with you every step of the way, but only you hold the key to your success.

If you need to have an appointment with a trainer in order to exercise, online coaching with me probably isn’t for you. My goal is to teach every client exactly what they need to know so that they can take full responsibility for their health for the rest of their life. This is a good thing!

That includes motivation and accountability. If your goals are truly a priority for you then it’s essential that you have complete autonomy in making great decisions on how you live, eat and exercise. You can’t rely on me to do the work for you.

This is a great question! The best way to find out if we’re a good match is to book a call with me. There is no obligation to sign up for any service – the whole reason for these calls is to establish whether online coaching is right for you.

I will do my best to answer your questions and help you understand what’s involved.

This is so important! An integral part of this service is that I understand and adapt to your needs. I’m confident that after our in-depth facetime initial consultation I’ll be able to understand your goals so clearly that I’ll be able to give YOU even more clarity on what it is you want.

I’ll always be available to communicate with you. If you need me or get stuck you can message me.  Also, once a week we will also be enjoying a 15 minute FaceTime check in, where we can go over anything in more depth.  This is a great opportunity for me to carry out any movement screens, exercise checks or to just have a chat about where you are in the programme.

One thing I won’t be doing is hand-holding. You can’t rely on me to convince you to go to the gym or constantly remind you to follow your nutrition plan. You are 100% accountable and responsible for your thoughts and actions… and once again that’s a good thing!
