Lakeside Barn is a modern, fully equipped Personal Training studio nestled in the heart of South Cerney lakes.

 

It’s the perfect environment to achieve your health and fitness goals, away from the hustle and bustle of busy life.

 

We have all the right training tools to push you beyond conventional methods and make sure your training is never boring!

In addition, we are lucky to have a treatment adjacent to our studio.

As part of your coaching with us, you have the option to use of our state-of-the-art app.

 

The app is amazing and has many functions.  It really helps to keep you accountable when you’re not in the studio with us and out in the free world!  We can help you plan all aspects of your training and nutrition at your fingertips.

 

 What you do outside of your training sessions with us is very important to your success.

 

  You can easily access your tailor-made home or gym workouts wherever you are in the world.

You’ll never forget an exercise, as it comes complete with video demonstrations throughout.

Here’s how to get started:

Step 1

Fill out your details on the contact page to apply. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 2

We will arrange a time for a phone call where we will discuss what you would like us to help you with.

Step 3

The next step is to come into the studio to meet either myself or Rob and have a FREE of charge consultation. This will give you a chance for us to meet face to face, you can have a look around the studio where you’ll be training, and we will sit down and go through your paperwork in depth.

Step 4

Your sessions start. In the first session it’s crucial that we establish a baseline! Depending on your starting point and individual objectives we will go through the relevant movement & mobility screens and strength and fitness testing. We will reassess throughout your coaching journey.
